At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Request Authorization
Log into your account and visit the order history section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your items.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that surfboards are double-padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
